Please note that our Express Delivery (Next Day) service is not available on weekends.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

We are sure that you will love your purchase from M1 Lab, but we understand that sometimes something may not be quite right.

We therefore accept returns under the conditions outlined below, in accordance with applicable consumer law (excluding pierced jewellery and swimwear).

Please note that for online orders, the return window is 14 days. For showroom purchases, the return window is 3 days from the date of purchase.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer and deducted from the refund.

*We provide and pay for the return shipping upfront. The return shipping cost is then deducted from the refund.

Store Credit & Refund

Where a return is accepted and requested within the 14-day cancellation period, store credit of the full value is our preferred resolution, allowing you to choose another unique and carefully selected piece from our collection.

A monetary refund may be issued if preferred when a return is requested within the 14-day cancellation period, or where the item received does not match the description provided, such as (but not limited to):

• incorrect measurements
  
• defects not mentioned in the listing
  
• significant description errors
  

All return requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

​STEP 1

Within and not later than 14 days of receiving your goods for online orders, and 3 days for showroom purchases, please email us at returns.m1lab@gmail.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.

STEP 2

Once your return has been accepted and processed in our system, you will receive an email with the return label attached.

Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your store credit or refund.

Please note:

• Refund processing times may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
  
• Store credit will be issued immediately via email, upon receipt of the returned piece/s, and can be used on future purchases with no expiration date.

​M1 Lab reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged, or items which are returned to us outside of the 14-day return period.

Alternatively, you can message us on Instagram or contact us via our Live Chat with 24 hours' notice to schedule your visit and share the pieces you've selected.

We will reserve the Showroom exclusively for you during your chosen time slot, ensuring you will enjoy a personalised experience.
