Please note that our Express Delivery (Next Day) service is not available on weekends.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

We are sure that you will love your purchase from M1 Lab but we understand that sometimes there might be something that isn't quite right.

Therefore, we accept the return of any purchase for any reason (excluding pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear). 

Please note that for online orders, the return window is 14 days, with the delivery date counted as Day 1. For showroom purchases, the return window is 3 days from the date of purchase.

​STEP 1

Within 14 days of receiving your goods for online orders, and 3 days for showroom purchases, please email us at returns.m1lab@gmail.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.

STEP 2

Once your return has been accepted and processed in our system, you will receive an email with the return label attached.

​STEP 3

Upon receiving and processing your return, we will email you a confirmation of the refund. Please note that it may take 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

​M1 Lab reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged, or items which are returned to us outside of the above return period. Items must be received back to M1 Lab within this timeframe. If not, your return will unfortunately not be processed.

Please note - any items purchased from the Sale section or with a marked down price are non-returnable.

Check our website and select the pieces you wish to try on.

STEP 2

Click on the 'BOOK NOW' button on the homepage, and you will automatically be redirected to Calendly, where you can select the date and time slot that best suits you. Alternatively, you can message us on Instagram or contact us via our Live Chat with 24 hours' notice to schedule your visit and share the pieces you've selected.

STEP 3

We will reserve the Showroom exclusively for you during your chosen time slot, ensuring you will enjoy a personalised experience.
