Please note that our Express Delivery (Next Day) service is not available on weekends.

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

As of January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union. As a result, any deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. Please be advised that we will cover the cost for taxes and duties worldwide.

If a shipping cost promotion is available, the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

TIMES

All orders placed after 7 pm (UK time) will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays. Orders placed during holidays will be dispatched on the next available day.

For pre-order or personalised items, delivery times may vary and could take longer than the estimated delivery times stated on the checkout page. Please refer to the checkout for more information on estimated delivery times.

We are sure that you will love your purchase from M1 Lab but we understand that sometimes there might be something that isn't quite right.

Therefore, we accept the return of any purchase for any reason (excluding pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear). 

​STEP 1

Within 14 days of receiving your goods, please email us at returns@m1vintagelab.com let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then send you a return number. This return number MUST be marked on the OUTER package before you return the item or your return may not be processed.

STEP 2

You have 14 days to return the parcel to the address we provide. As you are responsible for the item until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured/signed-for service.

​STEP 3

Once we receive your return and process it, we will email you with the confirmation of the refund.

​M1 Lab reserves the right to refuse refunds on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged, or items which are returned to us outside of the above return period. Items must be received back to M1 Lab within this timeframe, along with your unique returns number. If not, your return will unfortunately not be processed.

Please note - any items purchased from the Sale section or with a marked down price are non-returnable.

Click on the 'BOOK NOW' button on the homepage, and you will automatically be redirected to Calendly, where you can select the date and time slot that best suits you. Alternatively, you can message us on Instagram or contact us via our Live Chat with 24 hours' notice to schedule your visit and share the pieces you've selected.

STEP 3

We will reserve the Showroom exclusively for you during your chosen time slot, ensuring you will enjoy a personalised experience.
