Shipping policy

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
For the latest on your delivery, please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

 

DESTINATIONS, FEES AND TIMES

 

We offer global shipping to our customers, and you can select your preferred shipping destination at checkout. The estimated shipping time for your order will be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your payment. Please note that delivery times commence from the date of shipping, not the date of your order, and are subject to the acceptance of your order.

 

DESTINATION AND FEES

 

As of January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union. As a result, any deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. Please be advised that you, the recipient, will be liable for applicable duties, fees, and additional charges from customs. M1 LAB cannot be held responsible for covering these charges.

 

Europe

 

Under current EU regulations, customers in EU member states generally do not have to pay customs duty on goods ordered from outside the EU. However, VAT (Value Added Tax) may be payable on imported goods and is determined by the country of delivery. If the value of the goods ordered is below the VAT threshold in the country of delivery, then no VAT is payable. If the value exceeds the threshold, then VAT will be payable on the full value of the goods. The VAT is typically collected by the customs authority of the country of delivery and is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that any VAT payable is paid on time and in full.

 

Rest of the world

 

For non-EU customers, the value of your order will determine whether or not your M1 LAB parcel will be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Please be aware that these charges are determined by the customs regulations of your country and may vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
